How Our Programs are Administered

Lawn Medic may notify you in advance for early spring service. This will allow time for you to cut, rake and remove debris accumulated over Winter. Notification before service covering application visits later in the year will not be made, unless you call us and request otherwise. Normally, allow 6 - 8 weeks between scheduled application visits during the growing season. Any problems requiring a separate inspection, or corrective application is a no-charge courtesy available to all customers. If you have a problem, just call and we will be happy to come out if necessary!
We leave, at the end of each service, forms detailing service done, plus suggested tips for better management practices, - such as watering and mowing. You need not be home at time of service - few of our customers are. We will also leave an installment bill to remit by mail; or if you are home, appreciate giving the Lawn Medic technician your payment.
Guarantee work that may be necessary will start at conclusion of your last regular scheduled application visit, or at the beginning of the next service season, when favorable climatic conditions return.
AGAIN - please contact us early if you become aware of any unexplained developing problems. (Expanding yellowish/brown spots, etc.)
